Membership meetings are held on the second Friday of every other month. The idea behind this schedule is so members can plan to attend meetings on a regular basis and so that the Board of Trustees can plan and schedule clinics and speakers, seminars and any events or ideas that members can think up. All this with the hope that you as members will find it easier to participate knowing that these gatherings will be held at the same time and same place every month.  A typical agenda for these meetings is:

7:00 – Call to order and introduction of new members

Main presentation, usually a speaker or clinic

Show and tell – All members are encouraged to show off their latest

                                          projects

News – Latest on any planned meetings, conventions etc.

Pass the hat – Please make a donation to keep our dues-free division going.

9:30   Most people are tired of gabbing by this time and head for home

NOTE: Many of our membership meetings are held at the Wethersfield Police station.  Please remember to park IN FRONT or in parking lot to the left. DO NOT PARK IN BACK

The next BOD meeting will be held Aug 11, at a location TBA.

Members should contact phone or email Joe for any items they would like the board to consider.

Distribution of newsletter of important events via email
